Shipping policy
At Afloir, we are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. We provide our customers with two shipping options, standard shipping and expedited shipping.
Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. The estimated shipping time for standard shipping varies by location and can take up to 5-10 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times.
Expedited Shipping: We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee of $28 USD. If a customer chooses expedited shipping, we process and ship their orders within 24 hours by express mail. The express orders are delivered in 3-5 business days. Note that holidays, weekends, and Mondays are NOT included in processing or shipping times. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: Due to high demand, specific sizes may be temporarily unavailable, which might result in some additional time needed for delivery. However, please be assured that we will produce and fulfill your order within 1-3 weeks.
Please be aware that production will begin as soon as we receive your order. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund if you change your mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your order arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order changes may be subject to a fee of $17.60.

Lost or Damaged Goods
Once verified by the carrier, we will replace any lost or goods damaged in transit with a full store credit or replacement of the original order. Lost orders are not eligible for a refund.
Afloir cannot be held responsible for packages returned to the sender (Afloir), marked by the carrier as “delivered,” or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double-check that your address information is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, Afloir is not responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.
Defective/Flawed Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist.
Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or major Holidays. Afloir will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
ORDERS THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED:
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 60% of an item’s value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by UPS, FEDEX depending on the weight and size of the product.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you. But we’re unable to deliver to Military addresses.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
In some countries goods may be subject to customs duties or taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all custom import duties/expenses levied by the country you are shipping to. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise or predict the amount and have no control or influence over this.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates for Expidited Shipping: order processing time is not included:

Once the order leaves Afloir facilities, Afloir has no control and holds no responsibility for lost, held, mis-delivered, delayed or damaged packages. However, Afloir will be glad to provide with any related information so the customer will contact corresponding carriers.
